There is something magical about the low-angle sun of the late afternoon as it leads to sunset. As we paddle tandem sea kayak around Mount Desert Narrows, we can look for local fauna, especially Bald Eagles, Great Blue Herons, Harbor Porpoise, and Moon Jellies. Maybe we’ll see the water boil as poagies, a herring-like fish, have a feeding frenzy. Additionally, we’ll see two different mussel farms, an oyster farm, and an array of colorful lobster trap buoys.
Monday, 11 July. 5:00 p.m. — 8:00 p.m.
